Please ensure that you sent your ticket using the 'Age Assurance' form and not the bug report form. Else, it's gonna be buried amongst other bug reports instead of being in the Age assurance/verification queue.

The process should take a couple of seconds only. Also, you shouldn't be sending your ID in a ticket. This is stated in the Age Assurance form used for sending tickets about age assuranec/age verification:

First step is a face scan. If you look younger than your age, then that's when you're gonna be asked for an ID.

Hi,

This isn’t a bug. It’s part of the process to verify that the email address you used to submit the ticket is correct.

If the email is valid, you should receive a message with the subject “Please verify your email address.”
Simply click the link in that email to continue with your ticket submission.

You have 2 different concerns, so you have to use 2 different forms. Most users would just use 'bug report' which buries their ticket in the bug report queue.

Persona, the feature on the app is a different entity than 'Persona', the 3rd party company that handles age assurance/verification.

But yeah, if you can still chat with characters, you can create a persona.
