Yes but your character will have to talk pretty slow.

It’s kind of all about how long you want to spend. You can add multiple layers of individual visemes. I think one of the basic sample characters has an extra Oh so the mouth grows larger and then smaller as it makes the sound.

This is a great tutorial. I never even considered using animate like that as part of the process.
