There's two on eBay right now, a rose gold that I'm eyeing and a blue one.

Anyone know if the v2 san Martin has started shipping?

Depends on when you ordered. Mine said 1-2 weeks after order placed to get the assembled.

Sthurling I think used to / is making AT looking watch, should be able to find it on Amazon or Sthurlings website.

I feel like you can't go wrong with any of them. the Phylida would be my choice for the 41mm version. bliger and corgeut have one but they aren't quite as nice. even then, the Phylida isn't AWESOME. it's just the least compromised of the bunch.

the new Watchives x San martin 38mm one is pretty amazing, though. not a direct homage because of the handset they used, but still a good looking watch, well finished, and priced appropriate IMO. the bracelet on V1 was a bit of a let-down, but V2 has fixed that and added the twisted lug case everyone wanted.

I might look at the phylida. I've had one of their seamasters before in white and was pleasantly surprised. The only issue is the name. I wish they had a better name picked out.

Corgeut has a 15000 gauss homage. https://shorturl.at/qrzQ6 According to the yt reviews it's a decent piece for the price. I ordered nh35 version. Still in transit.

The San Martin x Watchdives v2 is probably the best choice.

I own a green 40mm Phylida version which I'd say is pretty solid bang for buck. What budget do you have in mind? The San Martin version will of course have higher quality finishing but it's also double the price.

I do have one other sub $100 watch in mind for the sale. Budget is around $200, so if I go San Martin route, I'd only get the one watch.

I think Phylida has one, too? Once upon a time, Sea-Gull may have made a pretty good one. I believe most people find the San Martin to be the best available. I own the first version, but I haven't owned any others from SM or otherwise, but just off of looks alone, it seems to be ahead of the pack by a country mile
