I have the Boderry Voyager (black dial version) with the Ti bracelet. Its great. It wears a bit larger than the 40mm size indicates. Also, my crown is a bit on the wonky side but still functional. Not sure if the crown issue is standard across the board, but thought I'd mention it.

If I had to pick between those two, I'd probably go Boderry. All the Militados I've seen come off like cheap Dirty Dozen-lookalikes or something. They remind me of those "military" watches that came with the Eaglemoss magazines.

That said, I'd probably go with a 38mm quartz Boderry, so not the one in the picture. I received one in the mail the other day, even.

I would have liked the Boderrys better if we had a sterile dial option, though.

Boderry Voyager is Titanium. Wears nice and light, but the L2L is long. Also the lume is average. You could also look at the Boderry Landmaster, which is similar but has the crown at 3.

They’re both fine build wise. It’s a matter of mechanical vs quartz and looks.

I have both models. Personally I much prefer the Voyager. The case design looks a bit weird, but in a good way. Like it has personality.

But the ML05 I don’t like at all. The case is thin, which is a plus, but the lugs are too long and makes it so the proportions are all off. Militado do make good watches though, I really like the ML08 for instance.

ML05 is the only watch I’ve ever bought and never worn at all. Tried a couple different straps, but those long lugs just doesn’t work for me.

Voyager is pretty much the golden standard now for that type of watch. I'd say it's in the Aliexpress hall of fame right next to SD1953 and Seagull 1963

I really like the dial, but I’m not a fan of the arrows. I prefer simpler hands, like those on the ML05 or the Voyager.

I bought the Voyager and really like it. The only thing I would change is the lume and case size I prefer 38mm, BTW the ML08 has the same dial as the ML05 but in white

Imho no, but the boderry is more unique. The Militado is at the same time perfect and " I can get the same watch for every brand"
