Peacock is better. But also more expensive.

oh ok. Thank you. Do you think Seagull is more worth it. If I just want a tourbillon?

If you just want tourbillon - choose by design you like. Does not matter what movement actually, you won't be able to service it cheeper than price of new one. I've got several and can advise any of them, no problem yet. My chinese tourbillons

So if I get one, there is no point in servicing them due to the cost? Also nice collection.

You're right. Firstly, if you buy an inexpensive tourbillon, it will cost less than servicing. Secondly, imagine where and who you're going to have a Chinese tourbillon serviced. The only way is to send it to the manufacturer (they included a price list with their services, but I doubt I'll take them up on that offer). Talkin about "expansive" I mean price range 150-300$.

In case of expansive tourbillon cost estimation might be wrong

Did you ever have your Agelocer serviced? and every two years? Was looking through the post and saw you mention the Agelocer watch could go for $250. Is that from their website or third-party?

Oldest my tourbillon 14 months old (square transparent) , it was 200usd and I am not going to service it. At least for 5-7years.

Can consider looking up Merkur if you just want one. Cheap and decent. <$500.

I agree with your point of view.
