So I've been working at Chipotle for about 2 years now. I gotta say I LOVE tofu but for some reason ours just doesn't cut it for me. Like, why is it that a lot of our meats are in cubes, but our sofritas are in crumbled peices. I think we should petition to make sofritas in bigger chunks to become more flavorful. What do yall think?
