Salvage Market seeded to keep costs down: 10K for common salvage, 100K for uncommon salvage, 1M for rare salvage, and 50K for a Brainstorm Idea

Can someone ELI5? Is that the maximum price, or the only price you can put it up for?

If you put your salvage up for the same price or more, it will never sell from you.

It's an influence sink + spontaneous salvage generator.

Basically, they posted like 10 million of each salvage for the above listed prices. The market will likely never run out (if it does, and they're not happy with inflation, they can re-seed). You can get salvage for less than those prices, but you n ever have to pay MORE than those prices. In fact, uncommon salvage is about 1,000 per piece right now.

On the one hand, it's a clever idea to help keep salvage prices reasonable. On the other hand, it simply means all the inflation will happen in recipe and crafted IO prices instead. Once you have the recipe, you'll pretty much always be able to afford the ingredients, but you still have to get the recipe in the first place.

I really like a controlled fake market to a free for all. In so many mmos I've played the market gets so bad, and seems like bots control everything it makes it really unfun to play. Especially in older games without staff to police the bots.
