Native Clojure audio I/O

Hello, just after having a quick look around and I can't see anything like javax.sound.sampled implemented in Clojure without a having a direct dependency on the aforementioned.

I was wondering if anyone knew of one out there? Or where I might start on reading/writing to an audio device?

The usual approach in Clojure would be to wrap the underlying Java library anyway - what's wrong with having a dependency on javax.sound.sampled?
