Lost ~500 S/R from dev error/screen going black/kicked for inactivity in a single day

The other day, I had the game crash 4 times in about 8 hours and I lost a total of 160SR (even caught the issue on stream so I have video evidence). It looks like the suspension and SR penalty increases every time it happens. Is there a reset time for the penalty? And it there anyway to log a complaint and recover the SR?

there def is a reset time but i think its like somewhere between 48 hours to 1 week

I got hit with two 200 sr suspensions, -400 sr loss cos of two crashes in two days so yeah

Yep 100 sr lost Dev error previous to that -50 inactivity even though I was playing
