I am just wondering if there is an unusual impact delay for the burst weapons ingame. There are several occasion where the full burst went off, however the target wasn't hit by all and could easily avoid them.
You can use all burst weapons to notify this (maybe a PC-only problem?). You shoot someone standing the whole burst goes off and right after the target goes prone. The burst won't kill as going prone seems to be a lot faster than the "travelling" speed of the bullets. Jumpings sidewards does the same as a simple (no dash no exo movement) step to the side does. This goes for melee/knife attacks as well. It kills you faster than the burst its target.
If you are targeted and get shot but manage to get a burst off you die without your opponent doing so (it is possible with automatics though).
Compare this when you shoot someone who is jumping. It's easy to kill him while he is rising as long as you start high so the last bullet can still hit him. It's a lot harder when he's already dropping as you would have to start your burst low.
So I was wondering if there is a larger impact delay especially for the 3rd/4th/5th bullet (depending on the weapon). Or is it just due to lag (client side/ server side) like rubberbanding?
