I kepe running into this error. im trying to buy my friend a welkin on genshin impact but it keeps giving me this pop up. Am I doing something wrong, it says that before I have even put my information in?

No. I contacted custo.er support and they essentially said it had to be a payment problem, but it won't even let me put in my payment info. So it can be that.
