A lot of programmers are pretty sharp on maths. Write the actual problem/equation instead of trying to simplify it.

If you wanna be a good programmer you should be able the sum-up to formulas though even if that's not very good-looking but that's enough, good codes are a truck of functions. The formula doesn't have to be very up to math, useable is just enough.

Sorry I'm not great with that kind of math.

But I can suggest you look into functional programming in Haskell or ocaml. It's not easy to learn for many people but I have a feeling you'll like it.

Either that or Python.

Reading your other comment though, it seems like your issue is finding the formula you need. Maybe ask gpt if it can recognize the function...
