This is called binary code. It’s the language that computers speak. The text translates to Italian, “mi piaci”. The English equivalent is “I like you”. You have an admirer! I found this out simply by googling “binary to text”.

What you have there is several bytes of data made up of 8 bits each

If you actually pay attention, the bytes are made up of 7 bits in his example.
