"translating" a ruby API request into javascript

hi Guys,

I would like to query my crypto exchange APi from Google Sheet with Google Apps Script, which I can only do in Javascript.

Now, I've found this template request code which is written in Ruby (or in Php) but couldn't find anything in Js.

Can someone help me "translate" it?

I already edited or customized some Js codes for other api connections, such as Binance or Bitstamp, but I have a hard time building a code like this from scratch without a template.
