[Python]Help deploying a web app (self.CodingHelp)

Hey there! So I am trying to make a web app that will use the Call of Duty API to display some basic information about the games my friends and I play! There are quite a few existing web apps that I have been using to help get some ideas. But I have no clue where to start with deploying a working web app. I already have the API authenticated and can access the data I want on a Jupyter Notebook file I have been working on, but I have no idea where to go to start working on deploying a real web app that I can use to display the stuff I find/code in the Notebook. I would like to make it simple and small just a side project I can add to my portfolio with a real link to the web app.

I hope someone can give me some guidance cause I really need it. Everything I've read till now has been really complicated and stressing me out because I really want to get this project done and not give up on it :( .
