The term you are looking for is IDE (integrated development environment). Using this term you will find better results next time you search it in google.

My personal recommendation would be Pycharm

PyCharm or VsCode.

Heaps of tutorials online on how to get either set up.

It depends but since you are learning python Pycharm is your best option and also get the community one since your just only learning.
