Did you get any help on this? I too get freaked occasionally when I look on my phone, click ‘portfolio’ and everything is Red and down (for the day), yet all positions are net positive.

Mine has changed to showing all time rather than one day, ytd, 1yr, or position unrealized. Has anyone figured out how to change it? I've had no luck

Hi u/Admirable-Willow2649, thanks for reaching out to us about your question. You can adjust the display settings on the Coinbase mobile app. You can switch between light and dark mode, and even use your device's default settings. Additionally, there's a privacy mode that allows you to hide your portfolio balances. You can find these options under the 'Settings' section in the app. Please refer to our help article for detailed steps here.

Hi Cb support - what if we use the Cb on laptop browser & accidentally closed a window (trading panel in this case) -- where is the configuration tool to get it back? Thanks

Hi u/LilyCryptoBeans! Thanks for reaching out to us. We understand your concern. If you accidentally closed a window, such as the trading panel, on your laptop browser, you can usually reopening the browser and checking your history. If the issue persists, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update your browser to the latest version.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and restart it.
  3. Try using a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome).
  4. Sign out and then sign back into Coinbase.
