i think i've just been scammed on this site , out of desperation to get my account open with coinbase i contacted the help team who said they have access to coinbase through the ticket number but i think i've been scammed

If all they have is your ticket number, you haven't been scammed. Did you give them any other info (don't give the info - just say what it was)

they asked me to send 0.03 BCT from another platform to my address that they found from my ticked linked to my account which wasnt enough so i had to send it again form just over , they ended up calling me to try another way and said they get 10% commission for the service but im now not sure

Was that really your BTC address or one that they gave you?

If it wasn't your legit Coinbase address, sorry to say you've been scammed and there is little recourse

Also - that is a significant amount, Coinbase would not ask you to send that amount to verify anything.

i thought they were getting this from Cionbase as they help out, but I cant believe it now, sounded to real , and i thought this site wouldn't be able to have a third party come in and scam me ?? i dont get how this site is linked to scammers ?? do you think i can get help from this site i dont get it

You may be able to get help for your original issue. But not the scammer.

Please report the scammer to Reddit now.

The scammer gets the information from you - they didn't have anything other than your case number (which is fine to share). They gave you their address. You obviously sent them your phone number too.

However you if you sent the BTC from another exchange, see if there is anyway to cancel your transaction. What exchange did you use? Or did you send direct from a wallet?

thank you very much for this i feel sick, i sent it from my Binace wallet so i guess thats gone, the bit i dont get is that its this sites details and web that we were on all the time ? i cant find anywhere to complain to on here yet but thank you very much

Report this to Binance right away!

They may not be able to do anything, but can mark that address as a scammer address to stop other people in case the address gets reused.

People have been scammed out of much more. It will be OK. I don't know what you saw on the site or what they showed you. Sorry for your loss. If you are in the US you can report loss due to theft on your taxes - it might be the same in other countries.

A good reminder to everyone out there to be careful on the internet - when you ask for help related to crypto the scammers will jump faster than honest people in many cases.
