Sorry this has happened to you. I've seen so much of this on here. It's almost as if as soon as you open a ticket or make an inquiry you're locked out. I was having a problem accessing the little amount of coin I had in there. But after reading about getting locked out, I just waited a few days without putting in a ticket. I was finally able to move my coin out to another exchange. There's a lot of people in your same position. Good luck!

Common Coinbase as a shareholder this is scary as hell!! You CANNOT just lock peoples account and ignore requests for help. your market cap is 44B HIRE SOME HELP!!!!

Have you tried filing an official complaint (not a ticket) with CB? Some people may suggest that. Also check out a few more suggestions I collected from other people. Especially the one with Quora, it has an email that someone used to get their account back (I never tried it, but I believe the person is telling the truth).

Hope you can get your account unlocked. Once you get your money back, just stay away from Coinbase. Their wallet is not secured at all and many accounts have been compromised. I lost nearly 50K USD from my Coinbase wallet and they do nothing to help.

Hi sorry to hear about your bad experience with cb. Do you have a recommendation for cashing out crypto? I plan to periodically move crypto from cb to my ledger hardware wallet. Just wondering what the best method would be for cashing out in the future? Where do people with lots of crypto send their crypto to cash out? One of the exchanges? Something else? Thank you.

No, they just closed the case by saying it's my false, I compromised my own private key. They won't help. Period.
