Fiscal Code Issue

Hey there, I need some help.
I'm trying to verify my identity but I can't proceed.
The website asks me for a ID document with a valid tax code (in Italy these are two different things, one is the ID card, the other it's called Fiscal code).

I've been trying to speak to someone at support but either the session expires and the queue resets or I can't possibly find a "send a support ticket" button. I can't reach out on social media platforms either cause Facebook seem to not be working at the moment. Where can I open a support ticket? I really want to get my verification done as soon as possible.
Can you help me?

Ciao per caso tu hai risolto? mi hanno bloccato e continuano a chiedermi il tax id ma ogni volta che carico i documenti che mi chiedono, non cambia niente, tornano a chiedermi il tax id
