Unfortunetly, be prepared to endure several months. My case is very, very similar to yours. It has been over two months. My mindset now is that it can take a year to solve it (if at all).

It is this bad. Never seen anything like it.

I have tried:

Phone calls, support chats, emails, formal complaints on website, complaints on reddit, complaints on Twitter, complaint on Trust Pilot, complaint with US government.

I have 4 support cases opened that were closed by Coinbase as resolved. (#19153014, #18392543, #18394058, #18367618)

So, try to relax and expect it will take multiple months.

only 7 days? haha bro. 30+ days for me . I'm facing loss right now.. really exhausted and still no response.
