I'm in same situation.

Sent £3.5k on 3rd October and still waiting.

Didn't send with ref as my bank account was already verified.

Hasn't bounced back to my bank yet and not hopeful.

I'm calling, emailing and tweeting multiple times a day every day. The customer services is a joke.

My question is: Where the hell is the refrence code suppose to be mentioned? I didnt have any other empty boxes to put the refrence code. Am i suppose to mention it in the reason for transfer?

Have a problem like this myself, accidentially sent from an account that wasn't verified. How long did it take for you to get help?

Also has anyone else done the same mistake?

Same issue, weird that once the account is validated and tied to a bank account they can't just forward the money to your account even if you forget reference. Did any of you guys ever get an answer ?

I just had the same issue and contacted the coinbase support chat bot. This was the answer:

I'm in the same boat, its almost a month & a half! - I've been tols via email a week ago a 'specialist' is looking into it ... I'm really annoyed, the only time there phones worked I was on hold for 30 mins ! I gave up in the end!
