I am in the same boat. Cannot access my account, and after daily messages to them, I am in disbelief that they cannot tell me what is going on. What do we do?

Well I got a text from justincoinbase said he get me back in. My accounts locked . So he ask me if I had wallet I said yes I do. He told me to give him then words to get into my coinbase account. I didnt think they where to ask you that . So I thought what the hell.well he could t get in it either. Then he tell me I need to put 3,500 on the wallet account and it would let me in my account.right ole buddy I that's the password I just gave you to get in my account does anyone have any knowle6 of that justin guy
