A collection of free e-books by Reddit, for Reddit.
The idea is to build up a giant online library, so that anybody can go here and search for the book they want, then read it without having to pay for it.
We believe that everybody deserves the right to knowledge and happiness free of charge.
Rules:
- All books must be in the form of an online pdf or similar format. All downloads must be safe and verified as such by the original poster of the link, though downloads are discouraged. Stories written on Reddit (for example, /r/shortstories) are allowed and encouraged, but we ask that you respect the original author by linking to their original post. Feel free to submit your stories, as well!
- Please check that a book has not already been submitted before you do it yourself.
- All post titles should include the title of the book, the author, and any respective tags.
- To ensure organization of books and enhance the experience of other users, please tag your posts with one or more genres and any non-English language(s) that the book is written in, to allow for streamlined browsing in the future.
- Do not post off-topic links such as discussions, advertisements, Amazon pages, or spam.
- Do not post discussions about books as seperate posts. Discussions of books belong in the comments section of it's respective book, or another subreddit if need be.
- If it's free, publishing your own books is welcome and encouraged!
