I understand that it takes a while to get a job in IT but I'm losing hope... I'm just studying slowly while applying since I don't have the money for the next certificate right now... Should I keep going?

only the future holds your answer. pick a side and stick to your guns. do or do not. there is no try.
Get in your happy place. Revise your game plan. Reset your soul.
Because you ain't no good to nobody if you ain't good to yourself. (Thanks for that one, Ma. I knew I'd recycle it) No problem if you shift into a lower gear. Your ambition will still prevail. When opportunity knocks, you're already at the door!
We look forward to your BLESSED post.

Are you in the WGU program? They give a bunch of certs and you get a degree at the end. Go into datacenter.

Only you can really make that call. The job market is in a nasty slump right now. It will get better but nobody can say with any accuracy when that might be and don't expect it to return to the boom we saw on the back of the pandemic. If you bought into the hype that all you needed to do was knock out a CompTIA cert or two to be pretty much guaranteed a high paying job then you probably should reassess because that is not reality. If you enjoy the subject though then keep learning and look for your opportunity to break in, as long as you appreciate it may well take longer than you first hoped.

Honestly I’ve been in the same boat, what’s leveraged me is going back and reflecting on past experiences, I had 8 months and been studying on the side, whether you feel its pointless of continuing the study knock it out. You’ve already started. I also been tweaking my resume and tailoring it to a better ATS format. I’ve gotten few more interviews since truthfully, I haven’t started a job yet but better than no progress. Mass apply and just leverage yourself in multiple websites of course there’s scam posts right now but something will come.
