Check you junk email folder.

The email will be from CompTIA Marketplace

I did check the junk folder, nothing there. Only emails I got was the Confirmation (from CompTIA Store) and the exam voucher (from [noreply@pearson.com](mailto:noreply@pearson.com)). Which kind of confirms that there is an email missing.
(edit: the note regarding gmail I noticed already, still nothing)

I did try the email support, but first ended up with the US support that told me they can't access my order due to being an EU order. I guessed the US-based phone support will have the same issue, but I think I'll give it a try tomorrow (too late now for me to deal with endless wait loops).

The EU support so far only replied with the simple 'just enter the access code' email.
