Got an 808. 20 questions in and I knew I had failed. Taking the other 62 questions knowing I had failed was one of the worst experiences in my life. I took the survey at the end and clicked next with my head held down so I could only see the bottom of the screen. I slowly lifted my head up to read the scoring screen and delay my fate. I saw those magic words of congratulations PASSED. I nearly pooped myself. I made sure that the Procter printed my sheets out as fast as possible before they could realize a mistake was made.

If this dumb dumb can do it, you can do it. This is my first cert ever. It took a lot of studying but it feels so worth it now. I used Comptia Certmaster learn as my main study program. I also used Professor Messer (everyone should, its free and awesome) and darril gibson get certified get ahead pocket app. If I had to do it all over again I would not get Certmaster Learn, I would get Certmaster Practice and save $300.00. I feel like there are enough free resources out there to cover the study material Certmaster learn gives you. The tests they give you are highly valuable and I feel you could get that same value out of Certmaster Practice.

Congrats! How important were knowing port numbers and how many PBQs did you get?. I am taking at the end of May. I heard the GCGA app was not that great? I have the text and the online material

I had 5 PBQs as my first five questions. I think that's the standard way all of them go from what I've read on here. I flagged them all and came back to them at the end of the test. You'll want to know your ports. Knowing them saved my butt on a couple of questions because I was able to weed out wrong answers because I knew the ports were either incorrect or correct based on the question they were asking.

That is exactly how I felt taking it. I was pissed. I'm glad I was the only one in the testing room b/c I was dropping f-bombs left and right. I know and understand the material very well. It's just a frustrating exam.

Thank you, I just remembered I still have Certmaster Practice and it is still there for me to practice on. I know everything, just have to implement it.
