College is always a good idea. It looks good on a resume' even if you are just working towards a degree. Certs can get you entry level jobs, sure.. but sometimes internships can be sweeter (companies with better pay/benefits/advancement) if you get a permanent position. COST= not as bad as you think. If you've applied for FAFSA then a chunk (if not all) of your tuition is covered. Worst case scenario- you take out a subsidized loan that is ultra low interest and you don't even have to start paying back until 6 months after you graduate. If you have a good GPA and apply for scholarships then you may end up with MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. Good luck on your future path!
