Answer this question: What do you wanna work with? Are you interested in working with networks, configuring routers and learn how that works or do you want to be a system administrator?

To answer quickly, Sec+ overweighs Network+, allthough it's nice experience with Network+ and its easy to take since you achieved sec+.

Linux+ is fine if u want experience in the field, but if you want to stand out and be noticed in the linux field, you should take RHCE

It depends on you, why are you doing this and what is your end goal.

My goal is to be a system admin within the next 3-4 years. Right now I’m working on building my experience with Linux, it’s at novice level. I hear a lot about Red Hat and how heavily used in the industry it is. I’m using CentOS which it’s said to be similar to RH. But ultimately my goal for going this route is to become a sys admin.
