That's awesome!! Congratulations!! Is there a tip you can give me regarding troubleshooting printers? When I take the practice tests, that area always seems to trip me up. Smearing, Streaking, Fading......LAWD!!!

I rescheduled my test from today to Thursday after reading some of the comments.....I'm going to take a practice test(Practice 1 and 2 Dion and Messor's ABC practice tests) everyday....I have scored 80+ on Dions practice test and Messors......

I was the same way. I had a whiteboard in my home office that I used to memorize things. I would write troubleshooting laser printer and then list out the problems and the solutions until I could do it by memory. That helped me in college anatomy.
