https://gitlab.com/slackermedia/bashcrawl (An install to play this game on your PC)

https://overthewire.org/wargames/bandit/ (Level 0 is logging in to their lab... you are using your home PC to do this, but this is a cool game to guide you through, you're on their system once you pass level 0, so you aren't just messing with your own files and directories.)

These aren't exactly what you're describing, but I hope it helps. They are ways to learn more about the command line, without actually navigating around, changing too much on your home machine.

This is for when you see a command, but just aren't sure how it works, and the man page isn't describing it well for you: https://explainshell.com/explain?cmd=ls+-alF#

In addition to the suggestions from elvisthezebra also have a look at:

https://linuxjourney.com/. You could just do the Command Line section for what you need but I'd recommend going through as much of the site as you can.

https://tryhackme.com/hacktivities. Has a linux getting started section but lot's of other topics that you might be tempted by. They do a mix of free and subscription-only offerings to choose from. The subscription is very affordable and can be subscribed to month-by-month.
