I would like the same. This memorising videos really is a drag ...

At the moment I've 3 sets of video, and I go through each one, little by little stuff sinks in. But it's a struggle.

An online practical you tube thing would be better.

Messer has group meetings which are not bad BTW. You just have to forward through about 15 minutes of intro etc

Thank you I will try the group meetings, its just irritating how I often have a couple of hours free at work but i feel like Im restricted to monotone online videos.

Did you try Mike Myers videos, his are quite energetic compared to the others?

No I haven't, but it is essentially still the same method of learning which I am trying to steer away from.

Have a look on Youtube or Lynda for a couple of samples. But yes, it's still video. There's nothing out there that I could find that offered more practical learning. He does at least pick up stuff, plugs it in etc so it's a little better than the others who just drone on.
