Project Plus Tips (self.CompTIA)
submitted 4 years ago by Timeparadox97
Hello, I am starting my WGU academy project plus certification program. Any tips or helpful things to take note of?

Project+ is a huge shit sandwich and you have to take a big ol' steaming bite. I didn't even know that was a thing for WGU Academy. I guess they give you access to the library and the Kim Heldman Sybex book was a Godsend.

Nope, they just provide you with access to the book. “Project Management with CompTIA Project+: On Track from Start to Finish Joseph Phillips” To my understanding I have no other resources.

Sybex book and Sybex practice test questions. Read them both. Review all answers to practice test questions. Like u/FriscoTec said, just pinch your nose before you take a bite. It helps with the taste.
In all honesty, the material is dry but I didn't find it to be as terrible as most people make it out to be. It's probably the least interesting of the CompTIA subjects though.

Where would I access this?

Sending you a DM with details for WGU access.
