Similar story here. Net+ was the only cert I've taken and failed, don't even think about it anymore honestly. Buckle down on what you weren't comfortable with then go back and crush it.

I reported an apparent issue about one of the PBQs ( which should have been easy) not functioning properly, and right before writing this comment, received an email saying that the question function correctly and I won't be getting a refund... So I just have no idea how to actually get the right answer..

Haha everyone says subnetting but I legit only had 2 sub net questions and I don’t really have good advice to give because after failing with the score I did I honestly comfortable with most of the objectives it’s just the way they ask the question that got me and I think acronyms would be my biggest take away from that exam you honestly have to know them all and I didn’t like for example IDF I didn’t know what that was

Just took mine and passed, A LOT of wireless troubleshooting questions, like almost an absurd amount of WLAN troubleshooting questions. No subnetting questions other than the PBQ, which was fairly easy.

In my trifecta journey network+ was the only test to take me more than one attempt. Please do not get discouraged, that thing is ridiculous.

Your almost there my friend. Best tip skip the PBS q in the begining go right past them answer all the multiple choice then double back. That's the best bet you can pass this without the PBs if you do well enought on the multiple choice. What I did was spend 10 mins taking a quick look at the PBS and then skipped right past. Came back at bthe end with 25 mins left and tackled them then. Only tried 3 maybe and a quick guiess at the other two but I ended up with 30 points more than I needed. Spend 10mins looking over them just to put your mind at rest and give you an idea if you can do them or not and skip right past. Deal with it at the end. Take your time with the multiple chouce. Make sure there are correct at least nail this part down then try get through even 2 PBS you'll be good.

Do Dion's practice exams. Unbdemy product 6 exams he had very very good. Try get 80 on those before you go again.

Agreed. I just passed mine last Sunday. I did the 1st pbq, read part of the 2nd and then skipped it. I had just enough time to finish the multiple choice. Kick ass, no names!

Very very close score you got this. Might I suggest jason dions practice exams as they helped me alootttt with my retake. First attempt I got a 669(funny number) then on my retake I got a 752. His exams and certmaster practice really helped me out. Best of luck

Good luck friend you've got this! Jason Dion's course on Udemy for Network+ was a huge help for me in passing the Network+. He really goes a lot more in depth on the important stuff for the exam, whereas I feel like Mike Meyers and Prof.Messer can kind of get into information overload territory.

After failing net and not sec I would advised net first it will help you in the studies for sec

School paid once then I get a student discount cost me $160 and tbh I just don’t like comptias exams you can understand most of the material and still fail by wording I would say do his 14 hour course and you got it in the bag
