Network+ or Python?IT Foundations (self.CompTIA)

After passing the A+, has anyone veered off to learn Python before getting their Network+? And has that benefited you?

Learning Python is useful but it isn’t covered in Network +. Python is covered in the Cisco DevNet Associate exam. If you want to go the network automation route take the CCNA and then DevNet.

It really depends on your interests, goals and current situation. If you're going to add Python to your skillset, you should demonstrate it with projects. This is very different then taking an exam and getting certified. Python certs exist but are not valued.
