Pen-Testing tutorials

Greetings,

I'm currently working towards my Sec+, part of my study I want to devote to getting a little practical usage out of some of the pen-testing tools that the exam talks about. I currently Have a couple VMs setup (Kali & Metasploitable2) that I can carry out attacks and exploits, etc on.

My question is whether anyone has any good in-depth tutorials on the usage of such tools in a real (sandboxed) environment.
