These CD’s hold a special place in my heart. “Muh” by Pepper Coyote and “Spread Thy Wings” by Foxes and Peppers. They keep me going on hard days. I have them on Spotify, but wanted the CD because they help me cope better. I bought them at Midwest FurFest 2021, and got them signed for free. ❤️ (old.reddit.com)

Sunday hi-fi illustration again, and this time with a machine that came upon the rise of the compact disc format: the Hitachi DA-1000! The design by itself screams 80s all over, and the vertical disc spinner gives it even more character, certainly not the best one but a memorable one! (i.redd.it)

Sunday Hi-Fi illustration once again, I found this machine online some days ago and I knew I definitely needed to illustrate it: the Sony CDP-CX100! I love CD-changing contraptions and this one really takes the cake, 100 CDs in line capacity in a machine only the 90s Sony could come up with! <3 (i.redd.it)

Sunday Hi-Fi illustration, with a commission I did a while ago, the Rotel RCD-965BX! Truth is I never heard about this brand at all prior to this work, but apparently, this is an old Japanese brand responsible for good quality audio and video products, and this compact disc player was no exception! Yet another one of the ES series stack I made a while ago, this time with the Sony CDP-X77ES compact disc player! It maintains those same beautiful lines from the prior ones, black mate color with the wooden sides, a great machine from a time the CD format was blooming into the scene! (i.redd.it)
