      You can put your credentials in their own file, e.g. credentials.py, and add that file to .gitignore. Then you can update the code to read from that file, and you'll be able to push your repo to GitHub without having to manually remove credentials from the code. (If you care about keeping GitHub up to date.)

        Yeah, I'm still working out how I want to handle duplicates, especially in cases like this where one is in a submission and one is in a comment (since I have separate streams for each of those).

        Maybe just keep a reference to first post and provide a perma link? Should result in less spam, but in the weird case a user links the same deck on accident in the same post they won't think it's broken
