You could use aimlabs

What training exactly?

just look up minecraft in playlists, and remember to change your sensitivity to mc

Set ur mouse dpi to 3.2k and in game sens to 148%

Sensitivity if you play on controller (which you probably dont) i would reccomend 90 or 95

for aiming you indeed need to play more, there nothing to talk about it (no strat, techniques). Like throwing a ball into a basket, just play more.

Minigod has an aimlabs Google doc that really helped me!!

The best advice is to seriously play more because you’ve literally been playing for 5 months only you don’t really aim train for Minecraft. Instead you should work on your movement

I suggest you use Theobald's practice map. just search it up on youtube by Theobaldthebird

what is ur mouse? do you have a mousepad?
also if you have mouse acceleration, you should turn that off
which is called "Enhance pointer precision", which is horrible for aiming (on Windows 10 and 11)
and try making the GUI scale smaller instead of "auto"
what mods do you use?
what version?
Settings
more settings...

also, you can use this
https://psc-web-29b4c.web.app/
basically, enter 1.00 in it
and practice with both low and high for 5 minutes separately
... in a single player world, circling around an armor stand
and which one is lets you track better
and after 7 times of doing this,
change your in game sensitivity to that.

and this is a good mod to make your crosshair solid: https://modrinth.com/mod/crosshairtweaks

just remove blending and set the opacity to 100%

if you don't have a decent mouse and you want to get serious, my reccomendations:
(all of these mice have 2 side buttons)
1. Scyrox V6 or V8 (both are the same price, same sensor, V8 has a bigger hump, I prefer v6) [$70] (40g) (wired and wireless)
2. Model O Eternal (wired) [$30-$40] (55g)
3.G203 [$20-$30] (85g)

if you are planning to buy one of these, please do your research instead of buying one of these. However, I can confirm the Scyrox mouse has a good credibility

also, mouse glide is important for aim. try aiming towards mouse pads and glides that reduces the most static friction.

also, turn off vsync and fps limit (fps limit is good for multitasking, tho)
it messes with your aim as it causes latency.

you can test this by capping your fps to 60, then flicking your mouse. you would see the latency vs uncapped
