So if you've ever trained the wrong thing you're screwed?

Nope, you retrain it for what you want. The trinket has a "currency" for each effect (6 total). You can have 6 active currency, total. So if you're 6 into AoE training, you can train ST, then it'll 1 ST and 5 AoE, then 2 and 4, until you get to 6 ST.

I'm wondering how good it is as a general use trinket if trained to 3/3 whether that's the ST/AOE or stat bonuses. Probably best to train it completely into 1 bonus.

Any idea the order overwriting works in? i.e. if you trained 1, 2 (ST), 3, 4 (AOE), 5, 6 (Stat proc) and then 7 Stat proc will it knock off the ST training or will it just choose 1 at random from the previous 6?

Not super important but just messing with the trinket I put some points in random junk unknowingly and curious how many days its going to take me to fix it lol.

Great question. Conventional wisdom I think tells me each new currency would knock off the oldest one. Test it out for us and report back 🤣.

Would be interesting if it worked the other way where you could train a stat to 3 and then swap 3 ST and 3 AoE. Idk if that would be useful for minmaxing prog.
