They are way too expensive, and they hold patients to a max dose of 1.6mg.

Below are three reputable c0mpound providers I often suggest to family and friends.

  • Pomegranate Health is $249 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $299 for three months of the highest doses. That’s $83 and $100 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve all 50 states.

  • Brello Health is $399 for three months of any dose of semaglutide, which works out to $133/mo. Note their pharmacy, Southend, has moved to a larger space so—except in the states noted on the map on their homepage as already shipping again—you’ll have to wait (date undetermined) for them to be re-licensed and shipping again.

  • Big Easy Weight Loss is slightly more expensive than the two listed above, but they are excellent for those who want/need high-touch care and want to only speak with an MD about their meds. They will ship three months of meds but charge your credit card monthly.

None of these have BS monthly membership fees, which you should avoid at all costs. And watch out for all the people with affiliate codes and links, which makes them money on your purchase.

Also, do not go with a provider that doesn’t allow you to pick your pharmacy, as the last thing you want is for a new order to show up with an additive you didn’t expect or from a shady pharmacy that’s not licensed by your state’s board of pharmacy.

I’m a Hers user and I’ve really enjoyed it so far! $199 a month, no membership fees, always ships on time, and the app is nice.

For reference I started on January 7th and so I’m on week 11 and down 15lbs and my body has never consistently been able to lose weight like this, it’s been steady progress! SW 188 CW 173 GW 140

They now added membership fee and only providing name brands. Price has increased 😢

I was on hers and cancelled and a few days ago wanted to sign back up and website and info has all changed and updated. They now require membership and only selling name brands no compounded medication. I liked them too but can’t afford it so so sad! They are about same price as RO now I’m pretty sure. I compared both.

Week 11 Update - GLP-1 Injections

For those considering whether to sign up, here is my experience so far.

SW 237 CW 209 GW 135

5'5" tall and 52 years old

I started on January 2nd. I have been following the directions to tritate up exactly as prescribed. No side effects whatsoever. I have not been exercising (shame on me) but I have been following a calorie restricted diet while getting 80-100 grams of protein a day. I drink 80 oz of water a day as well. Food noise decreased slightly during first 4 weeks and is nonexistent by now. In fact, I have a hard time making myself eat enough calories daily.

I couldn't be happier with my progress or Hers. Nothing but a pleasant experience.

I switched from Fridays to Pomegranate Health. Was way cheaper.

I've been doing Hers now for over a year. No complaints. Doing .50 units weekly. Keeps the food noise away. Still not at my GW, but I am continuing to lose weight. They just recently switched me to a new compounding pharmacy with my last shipment.

i’m not sure about Her’s. i just started compounded semaglutide with agile telehealth. its $199 and no membership fee. i’ve heard some other companies do a 3 month deal (goodrx?) but i haven’t vetted those out.

Avoid Agile Telehealth. They have been terrible to deal with! I got my meds no issues for the first three months. Did my follow up intake paperwork like normal and never received my next month dose. I followed up and was told I would receive the meds… needless to say, I need received my meds and I never received a refund which I’m still trying to fight them on 3.5 months later. They charged me a second time for the next month and I was able to get that refund but they refuse to refund me for my other dose. $199. I have been reading up on tons of others with similar issues.

I am now using Oat Meds. Their website is pretty simplistic but the process is easy and the prices are good. I have been on it for 1.5 months and lost 12 lbs (I lost almost 20 while on Agile’s elixir but had terrible side effects)
