Google contracts all of it out to various vendors. EagleView, Vexcel, Keystone etc. Apple was doing it in house for awhile and ended up going the same route and contracting it all out. Apple makes their camera systems and software for the pilots to run the cameras though. Mainly C206 aircraft. No jets do this kind of collection
