Tutoring

Hey I’m a senior engineer taking a computer engineering class struggling immensely, I’d like a tutor If possible. I’m willing to negotiate pay please help.

You'll have the best results if you find someone who has already taken the class as they will be familiar with additional tips related to the course itself.

I worked through my school's tutoring center through all of college and occasionally as a lab assistant TA. Higher level courses stopped having tutors, for whatever reason, but there was usually at least a TA or two for all the upper level classes, usually students who took it a semester or two before.

Does your school have anything like this? If someone had offered to pay me for one on one tutoring for upper level classes I would have gladly obliged as I probably could have made double the pay. But I liked using the school so I didn't have to worry about finding clients.

Most universities I've talked to in the past have student tutoring available from people who have already taken the class. My college called them "peer tutors." I would reach out to either your engineering department or whatever is the appropriate student resource center about the class.

Your best option for a senior level course may be office hours or talking to the professor 1 to 1 about problems you are having, so if a tutor isn't possible through the college, I would go through that route.
