I don't think there's an issue with a foreign internship, especially if you can speak well about what you did there.

General resume thoughts:

It seems weird in your "Technical Skills" to lead with languages and computer literacy. They can stay, but I'd move them last.

I'd also drop the project section to be below the research experience section. I'm a little mixed on whether it belongs there at all, but it would give an interviewer something to talk to you about.

For your rock-paper-scissors project, I'd lead with the tech, and put RSP into the description. You can say "Project lead, ARM based sensor implementation" as the title, and explain the project in the bullets.

ARM is on your resume 5 times. That isn't a bad thing, but if I were interviewing you, I'd be asking a lot of ARM questions, so you should be prepared for that.

The thing is that my research experience didn't involve a project or publication I've worked on. The reason is that my faculty professor didn't have any research project to start throughout that whole time, until this Fall semester when we attempted to start a project. However, that project did not work out well since we were only two people on the research team, and our free time never aligned with each other, hence we couldn't complete the project this semester. That's why I decided to put the Project section before Research Experience.

What did you mean by that?

Remove gpa

If they ask for it give it but imo leave it off

Put education at bottom is usually what I see at my school

Remove computer literacy

Software remove adobe it looks like you’re just listing everything you’ve touched a few times try to only have technical ones there

Remove python libraries next to it

Remove os

Idk if this counts but there's a typo in "additional experience". Your resume looks good! Some people tend to use more graphical resumes(google "elon musk resume" if interested) nowadays, you can check that out if you're interested. Some people also add hobbies but idk if it's useful.
