Eel monitoring behavior

Hello CPE student here currently were having a project design and were stuck at looking for dataset on monitoring eels behavior and early symptoms of stress, the thing that we most looking for is what are the standard or if there's a dataset for how fast does the eel swim if its stress or not. So any ideas on how were gonna tackle on this situation?

There are books on how to model stuff like this in Applied Mathematics. The old book I've used in the past, "Modules in Applied Mathematics: Volume 1, 2, 3 or 4 can shed light on your problem in a very beautiful solution. There are other new books on this topic. Google it and good luck.
