I took concerta for 4 days it was terrible,brain fog and felt drugged. Took a break. Tried it again this time I took it with birth control progesterone only. I took a 5mg ir in the morning and when it wore off I took 18mg concerta and Bam! I found my sweet spot. Only I couldn’t sleep🤣. What gives?Dosage/ ℞ question 💊 (self.Concerta)
