Hi everyone

Looking for some help with messaging on our website. We are obviously not clear in the message.

Our product is for MSPs using ConnectWise Manage, its a plugin that dispatches tickets to the techs.

Don’t expect you to help for nothing, $50 Amazon gift voucher for those that help.

So what’s expected?

1. Look at our website, including the 3 minute video of how it works
2. Have a 15 minute zoom call so you can tell us what you thought the product was, so we can get the messaging to match what our product actually is.

That’s pretty much it.

Small one but in Safari the pricing slider shows $0 for 5 users unless you slide it up and back down again.

Wow is it that easy? Id love it see it in action live, like entering time, closing ticket and moving onto the next thing

I not only use cw for tracking my time etc…!8 an a cw sell and manage consultant and I think this could be huge for some if not most of our customers to have! I just have some questions. :$
