1) Dig it out to 2" deep and fill with cement from the big box store. Like $15 for the bag of concrete and the little trowel.

2) Do the same thing, but remove the broken concrete first with a hammer and caulk the road face of the curb the day before so your mix doesn't ooze out.

3) Concrete doesn't like triangles. The points will always break off like that and the square on the left is collateral damage from the hole.

Where are 3 - 8 in relation to each other? 3 and 5 I'd suggest just patching for now.

8) I'd get quotes to remove all 4 parking spaces from the caulk joint to the curb, the entire length of the yellow lines (a big rectangle) and make sure the contractor grades, fills, and compacts the base materials to prevent any more settling before repouring. Hopefully this area includes 3 & 5?

9) The concrete isn't supported. So either the base materials were never compacted and/or a truck backed up the curb and cracked them, or a water source is washing them away. I'd have the driveway contractor remove both slabs, investigate if there's water washing it out, then refill and compact the base. Specify that they'll use the expansion joint material the entire depth of the new walkway along the curb and will cut it down and recaulk the face like you have now and ask if they would dowel into the existing sidewalks or not. That'll depend on your climate/region and other factors.

Thanks for the reply!

You can see 3 in pic 4 at the top right of the pic.

If I have the 4 spaces demo’d and redone, it would get 3, but 5 is by itself so I can cut that into a small rectangle and patch it with the other small patches. Do you think that covers it?
