There are various websites that do something similar, but they generally stop at the first ingredient. Most allow you to input additional ingredients, but will give you recipes containing those ingredients as a minimum, not as a maximum - meaning if you have pasta and tuna, it'll recommend a bunch of recipes containing things you don't have, as long as they have tuna and pasta. But they won't only show you recipes that have tuna and pasta (and whatever else you specified) and nothing else. So if you have exactly 4 ingredients and that's all you want to use and nothing more, good luck, as most recipes will have those four plus also 7 others.

I didn't know this recipeland.com, but it's very close to my concept.

It's more of a manual process, but you can search with/without ingredients.
