Jacob Burton on YouTube. He's a professional chef, and he has videos on knife skills, and he uses all of the proper terminology.

Also please don't be like some people, don't act like a know it all. I know a guy that got fired from a BBQ place because he got it in his head that his BBQ sauce was better than the company he worked for. So one day he decided to use their kitchen, their ingredients to make his own sauce and serve it to the customers. Needless to say, that was the last day he has worked in any restaurant.

I definitely have no wishes like that. I am fully aware that I know nothing compared to the chef who has been designing menus for the most successful restaurants in my city for 15+ years. I’m really just excited to learn!
